For a field like sales where making the connection to customers is key, it is crucial to invest in the salespeople so that they may help the organization produce better results.
In this in-house program, the fourth batch of participants learned about having big picture thinking to help motivate them to do their best for the benefit of the company and themselves. Understanding the investment of their company also renewed their perspective of the sales process and the impact each move makes.
