“I see the problems as puzzles, but I don’t see them as something that can stop me from getting what I want.”
Managers cannot let problems bring them down. They need to be strong enough to stand in the face of challenges even if everyone else is overwhelmed. However, that is only one added responsibility of a manager, among many others. To be able to take on various roles and difficulties, managers must start to see problems in a different light. Participants learned about this perspective and shared their own experiences and insights.
