Many may think that as managers, simply directing people and giving them instructions will suffice. However, in order to get things done, Managers and Supervisors must do it through their people. With this in mind, it would make perfect sense to fully accept that one must learn to be a leader. These times require influence – something beyond just instructions, to truly be able to get things done through people.
Apart from all of this, a leader must also be the strongest and most reliable one, no matter the crisis. Leadership may not be easy in any kind of way, but its impact on a much bigger cause makes it all the more fulfilling when you succeed.
