TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR LIVE VIRTUAL TRAINING:

1. Please note that our live virtual training programs are limited to only 15 slots to facilitate better learning and skills building.

2. To prevent losing a reserved slot, prompt submission of proof of payment is highly encouraged.

3. No participant will be allowed to join a learning event that has already been closed for registration unless as an additional participant from a pre-registered company and prior written arrangements have been made.

4. It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure that a reliable internet connection is available and our recommended system requirements are being used to get the best live virtual learning experience. A separate list of such recommendations will be sent to all paid participants together with a virtual training confirmation letter.

5. Only one person from each paid slot is allowed to be assigned to attend and complete a scheduled live virtual training session. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to continue with the training.

6. If for any reason your participant(s) cannot attend the training which your company has already paid for, you may send a substitute or transfer them to another schedule. A written request is required at least 5 working days before the scheduled training.

7. All cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing at least 10 working days before the scheduled training.

8. Cancellations and refund requests made 7 working days before the scheduled training will be charged 30% of the total training investment to cover for administrative and processing fees.

9. Refunds will be processed within 7 banking days from date of approval. An approval letter will be sent to the concerned party indicating the details of the mode of refund. Strictly all refunds will be made through company cheques and will be deposited to the client company account.

10. The full training investment of a “No Show” participant (a participant who do not show up in a fully paid and confirmed live virtual training) shall be forfeited.

11. We reserve the right to change the schedules of our virtual training for the best interest of our clients.

12. We reserve the right to refuse to accept participants inimical to our organization.

13. Any form of Recording of our training sessions is strictly prohibited.

14. Participants are required to maintain video sharing throughout the training session. This will serve as proof of their attendance and will be documented accordingly. Should they fail to adhere to this for at least 75% of the training session(s), they shall be returned to the meeting waiting room and will not qualify to receive a digital copy of the certificate of completion.

1. Please note that our learning programs are designed to be highly interactive and thus, seats are limited. On-site payment is highly discouraged as only pre-paid participants are guaranteed to have seats and training materials.

2. If for any reason your participant(s) cannot attend the training which your company has already paid for, you may send a substitute or transfer them to another schedule. A written request is required at least 5 working days before the scheduled training.

3. All cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing at least 10 working days before the scheduled training.

4. Cancellations and refund requests made 7 working days before the scheduled training will be charged 30% of the total training investment to cover for administrative and processing fees.

7. Walk-in participants and those who have reserved seats but will pay on-site shall be waitlisted subject to availability of extra seats and materials.

8. Final Confirmation of pre-paid participants is based on full payment of Training Investment through a confirmation letter we will send once payment is received.

9. We reserve the right to alter the schedule and/or venue of our workshops for the best interest of our clients.

10. For participants outside NCR, we advise to only book plane tickets and hotel rooms once a confirmation letter is received from us. We will not be held liable for travel expenses incurred by any participant for learning event date and/or venue changes.

11. Certificates of Completion will be awarded only to participants who actually attended and completed the training.

12. We reserve the right to refuse to accept participants inimical to our organization.

13. No assistants/chaperones will be allowed to stay inside the training room for more than 5 minutes. We encourage participants with special needs to make prior arrangements to ensure we give you the best learning experience.

14. Recording our training sessions, taking of pictures during training is strictly prohibited.
