The need to coach is more needed than ever before. The busy executive, saddled with technical priorities and lack of time, either neglects his coaching role as a leader or may not be aware of his coaching role to be the most effective leader he can be. In this professional engagement, Dr. Dups---a business communication expert with counseling psychology and psychotherapy expertise, and recently, executive and personal coaching training from the U.S.A.---shares world-class insights and practices together with his unique and original five-step coaching process that hit right smack at the manager’s need to relate best with his team to produce the best results.

Formal studies show that the typical executive is more equipped with the logical and technical aspects of management, and in sharp contrast is sadly lacking in the essential tools of Emotional Intelligence (or EQ---Emotional Quotient) for leadership. The reality of corporate and organizational life clearly shows that EQ is needed more than IQ for a team to prosper, let alone survive. Coaching is the central role of leadership, and if the leader is not prepared for it, his team can fail.

EQ is the tool for executive and personal success. Coaching with EQ answers that need.
