TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Please note that seats are limited. Final Confirmation of attendance is based on full payment of Training Investment through a confirmation letter we will send once payment is received. Thus, to give equal opportunity to others who want to attend the training, seats are only considered reserved if paid on or before the assigned due date upon submission of fully accomplished reservation form. 2. On-site payment is highly discouraged as only pre-paid participants are guaranteed to have seats and training materials. Walk-in participants shall be waitlisted subject to availability of extra seats and materials. 3. If for any reason your participant(s) cannot attend the training which your company has reserved, you may send a substitute or transfer them to another schedule. 4. We reserve the right to alter the schedule and/or venue of our workshops for the best interest of our clients. 5. We reserve the right to refuse to accept participants inimical to our organization. 6. Recording our training sessions, taking of pictures during training is strictly prohibited. 7. Submission of this form shall be deemed confirmed and cancellations made 10 working days before the scheduled workshop is no longer allowed.
