Customization Process for In-House Learning Programs:
- An officer of the Client Company is asked to accomplish an Initial Training Needs Information Sheet
- After the Training Needs form has been received and analyzed by the trainer/facilitator assigned to handle the program, a meeting is held to formally discuss of the specific needs and with the Client Company’s Decision Makers.
- As soon as the details and specific needs are agreed upon, a Customized Course Outline will be developed and submitted.
- After the outline is accepted and approved, the program facilitator develops the learning modules and the schedule can be set.
- Complete seminar handouts are provided to the participants during the seminar proper.
- The facilitator’s actual delivery and conduct of the seminar is tailored to suit the particular audience’s needs to assist effective learning and retention.
- The actual training is guaranteed to focus on a combination of skills improvement and behavioral enhancement for each participant to ensure that they are more motivated to practice what they have learned.
- Two (2) weeks after the seminar has been conducted, the facilitator provides a report to measure the results and impact made by the seminar as well as give recommendations on how to support the learning provided during the seminar.
- Based on a special agreement made with Client Company, The Harry Pound Company can also provide further analysis and consultation. Three (3) months after the seminar, the facilitator would revisit the client company for a post-training evaluation of business results derived as well as provide suggested actions for performance enhancement.
