Ms. Cecille Ayllon's field of expertise is in Marketing and Business Management. She received her Master in Business Administration degree from the Graduate School of Business of De La Salle University, Manila, as a full scholar of the Management Association of the Philippines (MAP).

She has been involved in the Sales and Marketing field for over fifteen years occupying various positions from Sales Manager, Advertising and Promotions Manager to Vice-President for Marketing; and now as Executive Vice President for Philippine Operations of HarryPound Coonsultants Inc.

Today, she is one of the Country's most dynamic Speakers... Undoubtedly one of the most sought after speakers offering world-class keynote addresses, seminars, and workshops throughout the Philippines. She conducts several programs every week to various audiences, and has distinguished herself as a trainer who combines business principles and updated business concepts with her street-tested, no-nonsense business experience.
